In his role as Advisor, Community Affairs, Youth Development, and Mentoring to Morino Ventures, Jarvis assists with charitable and civic efforts to advance our mission-related and community-based outreach and initiatives.

Currently, Jarvis serves as CEO of the Jarvis Gibson Foundation and CEO of Gibson Affordable Properties, LLC. He serves as a life coach to those who lack positive African American male role models.

Jarvis’s love of football led him to coaching. He focuses on the importance of education FIRST and then encourages students to use their physical talents to finance their college and vocational educations. As head coach for his alma mater South High School’s football team, he took the team to City Championship games three of four years, as well as a visit to the Division II state playoffs for the first and only time in school history. Jarvis has also successfully coached teams at St. Peter Chanel and Shaker Heights High School.

During a 19-year career at AT&T, Jarvis was a Manager, Implementation Engineering for 5ESS and Siemens switch,. transport equipment, and DC power equipment covering Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania.

A product of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, Jarvis is a 1990 graduate of South High School. In 1995, he graduated from Case Western Reserve University with a degree in Operations Management. He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity Inc. and the proud father of Jarvis, Jr.
