Catalan Conlon is an independent consultant focused on supporting organizations with strategy and planning, building powerful fundraising programs, hiring new leaders, and increasing the effectiveness of teams. She especially enjoys coaching nonprofit leaders. Catalan has more than two decades of experience working on leadership teams and as a consultant to more than 75 organizations ranging from small community- based organizations to large global organizations. Representative clients include Aspen Institute’s Roundtable on Community Change, Center for Community Change, Change Elemental, Evident Change, Hispanics in Philanthropy, Justice Policy Institute, Thorn, Y Combinator Research, Urban Land Institute, and World Central Kitchen among others. After almost 20 years of living and working in Washington DC, Catalan now lives in Los Angeles and works with organizations across the country.
