Idara Nickelson, vice president of business development, is responsible for leading the company’s growth strategy by achieving sales objectives, exploring new business development opportunities, building strategic relationships, and executing marketing and communications efforts.
Prior to joining Adfinitas Health, Idara was the founder and principal of Public Sector Strategies, a consulting firm serving clients in public health, human services, and organizational development. Her primary clients included multiple agencies with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Over her 20-year career, Idara served in various senior executive positions in government and the nonprofit sector, including a political appointment in the Obama Administration where she oversaw a $1.2 billion annual budget supporting health, education, and community development projects nationwide.
Idara received her BA in Economics from Vassar College and is completing an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.
