Tess Reynolds is a nonprofit and philanthropic consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area. She focuses on helping CEOs and their Boards achieve their greatest social impact. Previously, Tess was a 16-year CEO of New Door Ventures, an $8M nonprofit providing employment and education to over 500 disconnected youth annually in the San Francisco Bay Area. Under her leadership, New Door grew its service levels tenfold and its revenues fourfold. New Door is recognized in its field as committed to data-driven learning and continuous performance improvement. It has received the Bank of America Neighborhood Builder’s Award and a Google Impact award, among others.

Prior to New Door, Tess spent nearly 20 years in the technology industry, where she worked as a business unit general manager, vice president of marketing, principal of her own management consulting firm, and a director on several nonprofit boards. Tess is an immigrant from the Philippines where she earned her B.A. in Economics-Honors. She has an M.B.A. from Santa Clara University and has completed executive programs at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, Cal Tech, and Harvard Business School.
