Jennifer Sigler is a mission-driven executive with 20+ years building high-performing, purpose-led organizations from the inside out. She has served as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and trusted advisor to CEOs across the nonprofit, philanthropy, and education sectors — leading organizations ranging from global philanthropy platforms to national K–12 nonprofits. Through her firm, JNRS Consulting, she advises senior leaders on organizational design, people strategy, culture transformation, and founder transitions — helping organizations navigate the moments that define what they become next. Jennifer holds an MBA and MA in Education from Stanford and is passionate about building organizations where mission and people thrive together.
