Kate Stookey has served in leadership roles in the U.S. and overseas with public, non-profit, and private sector organizations including A&E Television Networks, Global Communities (formerly CHF International), the Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission, and Pathfinder International. She is currently the Executive Director of Revels, Inc., a national cultural arts nonprofit that brings communities together to celebrate our world’s diverse cultures through music, dance, and performance.
Honed by more than twenty-five years of experience in marketing and communications, brand development, organizational change management, and project management, Kate’s leadership style is rooted in the principles of high performance. A curious world traveler, she has lived, worked in, or visited 39 countries on six continents, and is a firm believer that greater understanding of our world’s diverse cultures and traditions creates unity and connection.
Kate holds a BA in International Relations from Brown University and is pursuing her graduate certificate in Organizational Behavior at Harvard University’s Extension School. She speaks English and French.
