At GWU, Quentin has researched performance excellence in social impact organizations, leading to publication in March, 2022 of a book Engagement for Equitable Outcomes.
Previoulsy Wilson has been a visiting scholar in public policy and administration at The George Washington University in Washington, D.C., Wilson was director of the Missouri Department of Revenue, under former Gov. Mel Carnahan, from 1998 to 2001. Wilson also has been associate director of the Higher Education Loan Authority of the State of Missouri, commissioner of Missouri’s Department of Higher Education, cabinet director under former Gov. Bob Holden and deputy director of the state Department of Economic Development.
