Jessica joined the team in November 2017. As the Contact Management Administrator for Morino Ventures, LLC, she oversees and maintains our Salesforce contact database. Her primary focus is to grow our network of contacts while maintaining the accuracy of the information. She is responsible for email distribution and development for the Leap Ambassadors support team.
Formerly, Jessica worked for various sports teams, including most recently, the Cleveland Browns. She spent seven years with the Browns working on the Membership Services team where she was responsible for Season Ticket Member retention. Prior to moving back home to Ohio, Jessica spent time down in the Carolinas working for the Greenville Drive, Myrtle Beach Pelicans, and the Charlotte Bobcats (now the Hornets). During her time down South, she ran the Community Relations and Promotions teams while also supporting all marketing and public relations efforts.
Jessica graduated with an Integrated Mathematics Education degree from Miami University.
