Tom is responsible for finance, accounting, and risk management functions; serves as the organization’s treasurer; and provides support to philanthropic, educational, and civic initiatives of the Morino Institute and family. Prior to this, he served for three years as CFO of Eppco Enterprises, Inc., a privately owned product import and manufacturing business. Before that, Tom spent 24 years with IMG, a privately owned international sports, entertainment, and media company. Hired as a client accountant, he assumed increasing responsibilities in IMG’s financial department and became Senior Vice President and Worldwide Controller.

As an active volunteer at his family’s church, he has served in roles such as a member of the fund-raising committee, financial secretary, and treasurer. He is a trustee of the Lawrence School and currently serves on its finance committee.

Tom received a BS in accounting from Dyke College and earned his Executive MBA from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. He is a CPA, a certification he has held since 1985. Tom, a lifelong Cleveland resident, currently lives in Rocky River with his wife, Beth, and their daughter.
