Veronica serves as the Director of Operations and Family Services for Morino Ventures, where she supports the Morino Ventures offices, social-mission related activities and family services. In this role she oversees and delivers a range of office services, emergency preparedness, property management, purchasing, inventory and materials fulfillment, hospitality, event management and gifting, grants administration, and support for accounting and administration. Additionally, she takes on special projects from identity theft protection to playing a key role in the planning, construction, interior design and logistics of the organization’s office space. She also provides support to the CEO, COO and CFO. As Community Manager for the Leap Ambassadors Community, Veronica is part of the Growing Community team that is focused on bringing on new ambassadors, providing their orientation, and helping with engagement. She works on various projects of this initiative including processes for candidate surveillance, class preparation, the invite/onboarding, and orientation and engagement. She ensures that we have accurate data and reporting for ambassadors.
Previously, Veronica spent 10 years with the Cleveland Browns as the Manager of Suite Operations, and was the first point of contact for all suiteholders. In addition to building strong relationships with her clients, she was responsible for the training of game-day suite staff, serving as a liaison with Stadium Partners, and facilitating and managing events for both suiteholders and outside clients.
Veronica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, Marketing from John Carroll University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace University. As a life-long Clevelander and devout Cleveland sports fan, she lives in Bay Village, with her husband, Tim, and their two sons.
